3 ways to evaluate and improve your DEI program
Avenue M Group is conducting DEI research projects on behalf of multiple membership associations. Each research project consists of a survey aimed at uncovering the awareness, perceptions, and trends on DEI in the workplace. This is the first in a series of reports sharing high-level results from those research projects. In this first report, Avenue M reveals interesting data on the presence of DEI policies, programs, and/or initiatives in the workplace, why they are important, and the techniques organizations can implement to improve them. For instance, about two in five respondents indicated their workplaces have a program or initiative dedicated to DEI.
