As Market Research Associate, Cindy is primarily involved in qualitative research, including conducting interviews with many of our clients’ members, former members and prospects. Through Cindy’s extensive experience conducting interviews and working in Human Resources (HR), she’s able to effectively communicate and ask the “right” questions, revealing deeper insights about current association members and prospects. Cindy began her career in HR working for Motorola as a Human Resource Generalist and later working as the Human Resource Manager for a large manufacturing facility. In addition, she was the Human Resource Manager for the Chicago office of Organic, Inc., a full-service web design company credited for creating some of the very first e-commerce websites. More recently – when she’s not interviewing – she is busy managing her household of three busy boys. Cindy earned a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Michigan State University.
